Q includes a cleaning brush and drawstring pouch.
Use & Cleaning
Fit the handle and hold it still. Turn the bottom adjustment dial clockwise to the finest setting and note the zero point, then turn anticlockwise to the desired grind. Each revolution has 30 clicks: clockwise is finer and anticlockwise is coarser. Add beans, fit the handle and grind clockwise.
Remove grounds with a dry brush and air blower. Do not wash or soak the grinder. Store it in a dry place after cleaning.

Dispatch information
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement. Reports after 72 hours of delay will not be accepted. You can also go to the following page to view the detailed exchange policy/refund policy of our store.
