The 1Zpresso Y3 Metal Edition is a compact manual espresso maker that operates without electricity. A metal body and removable basket assembly support use at home, in an office or while travelling. Dose and water volume can be adjusted within the listed basket and reservoir capacities. Espresso quality depends on coffee, grind, water temperature, dose and pressing technique.
The 1Zpresso Y3 uses manual pressure and hot water, so no mains electricity is required. Add correctly ground coffee and hot water, then follow the manufacturer pressing sequence. It is portable, but café-style results are not automatic and require recipe adjustment.
The 1Zpresso Y3 Metal Edition has a metal body and basket options made from food-grade PA66 plastic or stainless steel. Material choice and basket capacity affect handling and dose, but do not guarantee flavour retention.
Its compact, electricity-free format suits limited spaces and travel. The sealed basket assembly supports pressure during extraction; repeatability still depends on preparation and technique.
Add the specified dose of coffee and hot water, assemble securely and press according to the manufacturer instructions.
The 1Zpresso Y3 Metal Edition suits users who want a portable manual espresso workflow and are comfortable adjusting grind, dose and pressure. It can be used at home, in an office or outdoors with safe access to hot water.
For the steel coffee basket, the manufacturer’s example uses 16–18g of ground coffee and 100mL of hot water above 90°C. Press steadily at about once per second to obtain approximately 45–50mL of coffee. Use this as a starting point and adjust to the coffee and your taste. Release the pressure-retaining valve before opening the coffee basket.

Before and after each use, immerse about one third of the main unit’s pump head in clean water and press the pump repeatedly to clean its interior.
After use, first loosen the pressure-retaining valve at the bottom of the stainless-steel basket to release the pressure. Then open the lid, discard the grounds, disassemble the parts and rinse them with clean water. The metal basket may be hot; cool it under cold water or wait for it to cool before washing.
After cleaning, refit the pressure-retaining valve, check that the filter plate is correctly oriented and ensure the filter marked “Top” faces upwards. Before use, check that the sealing ring in the main unit’s upper cup is back in place. Let all parts air-dry before storage. Do not put them in the dishwasher.

Dispatch information
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
