Product introduction
HARIO AYA Shippō pour-over stand set combines an openwork natural-wood design with clear heat-resistant glass. The dripper sits above the server, creating a complete tabletop pour-over setup from pouring and filtering to serving. The set includes a wooden stand, glass dripper, server and dedicated filter papers, suited to those who want to keep their brewing tools together and care about how their coffee corner looks.
Interlocking circles form the Shippō pattern, symbolising connections between people, completeness and harmony. The pattern and wood also make the stand a display piece between brews. Natural retains the bright, natural colour of the wood, while Black uses a darker tone to highlight the openwork lines. Both colours have the same capacity, dimensions and set contents; choose to suit your tabletop and cups.

Use & cleaning
Place the stand on a stable tabletop, fit the glass dripper into its upper support, and position the server below, aligned with the outlet. Fold the filter paper along its sealed edge and place it in the dripper. Add ground coffee and shake gently to level it. Pour a little hot water to wet all the grounds, then follow your recipe for blooming and staged pours. Watch the coffee level in the server, remove the dripper when brewing is complete, and use the server to pour into cups.
Wash the glass parts before first use. After each brew, discard the filter paper and coffee grounds, separate the dripper and server from the wooden stand, and hand-wash them with a soft sponge and neutral detergent. Rinse and let them dry. Wipe water droplets and marks from the wooden stand with a well-wrung soft cloth, then dry it and keep it ventilated. Do not immerse the whole set in water or put the wooden stand in a dishwasher. Wipe the openwork areas gently without twisting or pressing hard.
