Cha-O places a lift-up infuser inside a transparent heatproof glass pot. When the tea reaches your preferred strength, lift the infuser like a tea bag and secure it inside the lid. This reduces further steeping and helps keep the next cup at a similar strength.
The practical capacity is 600 mL, which the manufacturer describes as four cups; the actual number depends on cup size. The stainless steel lid, shaft and infuser combine with a polypropylene knob and handle for easy operation of the lifting mechanism.
Includes the glass body, lid and knob, lift shaft and infuser assembly, handle and outer holder.
Add leaves and suitably hot water, leaving the infuser immersed in the tea. When it reaches your preferred strength, lift and secure the infuser inside the lid, then serve.
Remove the leaves after brewing, wash the glass body and infuser assembly separately, and dry before storing. Handwash.

Dispatch information
After payment is completed, we will deliver the item within 24 hours of the order collected on the working day. The product booking depends on the product replenishment time and is usually sent within 10-14 working days. If the product is booked for too long, guests can also apply for a refund from us within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Information
All shipments are sent to "SF Express". Free shipping in Hong Kong (excluding remote areas or offshore islands) is allowed if the entire store spends an amount of HKD$500 or above. If the consumption amount is less than HKD$499, we will charge an additional HKD$30 as a shipping fee subsidy, without limiting quantity and weight. If you need to send it to another country or region, please contact us to discuss shipping methods. You can also choose to collect your goods from our Yuen Long Studio.
Exchange & Refund Policy
After receiving the goods, please check the contents of the goods immediately. If the customer finds the product damaged (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours after the product is collected, and the damage is not caused by the customer, please contact the Coffee Stage as soon as possible to arrange the replacement.
