Product Introduction
V60 Color Brew with Kettle combines a dripper for 1–2 cups, a glass coffee server, filter papers, a measuring spoon and a Drip Kettle Air, making it a useful choice for assembling your pour-over equipment in one set. Air holds preheated water, and its slim spout makes the amount and speed of pouring easier to control.
Practise V60 pouring with one set
The V60 01 dripper in the set combines a cone, spiral ribs and a large opening at the bottom. The cone deepens the coffee bed, the ribs leave space beside the paper for gas to escape, and the large opening lets pour speed influence brewing. Start with the included recipe, then compare grind size, coffee amount and pouring rhythm one step at a time.
The heat-resistant glass server makes the brewed coffee easy to see. Its 450 mL practical-capacity mark is below the handle band. The measuring spoon is a guide for scooping coffee; weighing the grounds makes it easier to repeat and compare the same coffee-to-water ratio.
Air’s transparent body lets you see the water level, while side markings help you measure the water for brewing. Its 350 mL practical capacity suits small batches, and the lightweight body is easy to store. Heat water in another appliance first, then transfer it to Air for pouring.
20th anniversary colours and an included recipe
This series celebrates the V60’s 20th anniversary. This page offers Mint Breeze, Kinari Beige, Urban Gray, Rose Mellow and Blue Hour; all colours share the same brewing structure and set contents. A brewing recipe supervised by Hikaru Ono, winner of the Japan Brewers Cup 2022, is included to guide your first brew.

The dripper is AS resin and the server body is HARIO heat-resistant glass. The lid, handle band and measuring spoon are polypropylene, with silicone connectors. Drip Kettle Air is PCT resin. The set is made in Japan. Dimensions are listed as width × depth × height. The approx. 12 g held by a level spoon is a guide for ground coffee; the actual weight varies with grind size and how the spoon is filled.
Import type: parallel import.
Use and Cleaning
Your first brew
- Wash the equipment, fold a V60 01 paper filter along its seam and place it in the dripper. Set the dripper securely on the glass coffee server.
- Wet the filter with hot water to preheat the equipment, then discard the water collected in the server.
- Add ground coffee and gently level the bed. Use the included recipe for coffee and water amounts. Wet the grounds evenly with a little hot water and let them bloom, then pour in circles from the centre outwards.
- Pour preheated water into Air and check the amount against the markings. Adjust the angle of the kettle to control the stream and keep pouring at the pace of the recipe.
- Once the coffee has drained, remove the dripper and pour the coffee from the glass server into cups.
Drip Kettle Air is a pouring tool. Do not heat it directly over an open flame, on an induction hob, in a microwave or using another heat source.
Cleaning and Storage
Let the equipment cool after brewing and remove the filter paper and grounds. Wash the dripper, server, lid and measuring spoon with a soft sponge and neutral detergent. Empty any remaining water from Air and wash it too. Rinse and air-dry before storing. Avoid impacts and sudden temperature changes with the glass server, and avoid hard brushes on resin surfaces.
