Product overview
The HARIO V60 Outdoor Buono drip kettle O-VKB-70-HSV is a compact stovetop pour-over kettle with a practical capacity of 500 mL. Its stainless steel body, lid and handle are paired with a narrow spout for controlling where and how quickly you pour.
Heat water at camp, then brew
This Outdoor Buono can be heated on a small gas burner or over a campfire. Its 500 mL practical capacity suits smaller amounts of brewing water; plan separate fills for rinsing paper and brewing if needed. When choosing a heat source, note that this model is not compatible with IH induction stoves.
The stainless steel handle becomes hot during heating. Use heat-resistant gloves or an insulating cloth before pouring so you can move safely from heating to brewing.
A compact body with gooseneck pouring control
Measuring 215 mm wide including the spout and handle, with a 500 mL practical capacity, this kettle suits heating water and brewing small servings of pour-over coffee beside a camping table. The slim spout helps you control where water lands during blooming, then adjust the kettle's tilt to change the amount in later pours. Use heat-resistant gloves to grip the stainless steel handle when lifting the kettle.

Use and cleaning
First use and pouring
Before first use, we recommend washing the interior, lid and spout with a soft sponge and neutral dish detergent, then rinsing thoroughly. Fill no higher than the 500 mL practical capacity and heat on a stable small gas burner support suited to the kettle's base.
Use heat-resistant gloves or an insulating cloth to hold the handle when lifting the kettle away from the heat. To brew, first wet the grounds with a little hot water, wait about 30 seconds, then continue with a gentle stream. At camp, keep the dripper and receiving container stable and watch for people moving nearby.
Cleaning and storage
Handwash once the kettle has cooled. We recommend a soft sponge and neutral dish detergent. Rinse and dry the interior and lid before returning it to the carry bag, and avoid metal brushes or abrasive cleaning powders. This model must not be used in a dishwasher, microwave or oven, and is not compatible with IH induction stoves.
